She Paddles 2026

When: 8-10 May
Where: Plas Y Brenin
What: #ShePaddles Cymru is a welcoming and inspiring women-focused paddlesports weekend held right here in the heart of Eryri, in collaboration with Paddle Cymru. The aim of the event is to bring women together to try, learn, and develop skills in paddling, whether you’re a complete beginner or already have experience on the water.

What: Guided hike up Snowdon. Yr Wyddfa or Snowdon, is one of the most popular mountains in all of Europe! There are several routes to the summit of the highest mountain in Wales and England, all of which are stunning, as is Yr Wyddfa, Snowdon, itself.

What: Your chance to learn the skills to take home and create that first model railway or move your modelling up to the next level. Featuring an eclectic range of model railway layouts and workshops. You’ll be able to speak to experienced modelers and watch their demonstrations about soldering & construction.

What: A one day workshop where you'll have the opportunity to learn about different weaving materials, how to collect and prepare them and most importantly on this day, how to weave a round or oval base, sides, 'packing', raised handles and a border.
